招聘概述：
ICGEB中國(guó)區(qū)域研究中心由國(guó)際遺傳工程和生物技術(shù)中心（ICGEB）、科技部中國(guó)生物技術(shù)發(fā)展中心、中國(guó)醫(yī)藥城三方共建，是ICGEB在全球首個(gè)區(qū)域研究中心。ICGEB-中國(guó)區(qū)域研究中心首期項(xiàng)目位于中國(guó)醫(yī)藥城研發(fā)區(qū)D棟，面積3000平方米。首期啟動(dòng)病毒（疫苗研究和開(kāi)發(fā)）、生物治療藥物、診斷學(xué)3個(gè)領(lǐng)域的課題研究，將根據(jù)科研優(yōu)勢(shì)和該地區(qū)的需求及重點(diǎn)，經(jīng)ICGEB區(qū)域研究中心科學(xué)委員會(huì)同意后確定并聘用。建成后團(tuán)隊(duì)最終規(guī)模約50人。
ICGEB中國(guó)區(qū)域研究中心定位：高端研發(fā)人才集聚的原始創(chuàng)新中心與產(chǎn)業(yè)化中心、國(guó)際一流的新藥開(kāi)發(fā)中心。
ICGEB成立于1983年，是隸屬于聯(lián)合國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展組織（UNIDO）的政府間國(guó)際組織，于1994年發(fā)展成為獨(dú)立的國(guó)際組織。它在促進(jìn)全球生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用，并建有具備科研、培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)向產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移卓越功能的中心，直接為實(shí)現(xiàn)全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。ICGEB現(xiàn)有66個(gè)成員國(guó)，中國(guó)于1992年5月13日正式成為該中心成員國(guó)，科技部為國(guó)內(nèi)歸口管理單位，中國(guó)生物技術(shù)發(fā)展中心每年組團(tuán)代表中國(guó)政府參加ICGEB理事會(huì)。
中國(guó)醫(yī)藥城，地處長(zhǎng)江三角洲重要成員城市泰州，總體規(guī)劃面積30平方公里，由科研開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)、生產(chǎn)制造區(qū)、會(huì)展交易區(qū)、康健醫(yī)療區(qū)、教育教學(xué)區(qū)、綜合配套區(qū)等功能區(qū)組成，是中國(guó)首家國(guó)家級(jí)醫(yī)藥高新區(qū)，由科技部、國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康委、國(guó)家藥品監(jiān)管局、國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局與江蘇省人民政府共同建設(shè)。中國(guó)醫(yī)藥城啟動(dòng)建設(shè)以來(lái)，按照“以產(chǎn)興城、以城促產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)城一體、產(chǎn)城共榮”的規(guī)劃建設(shè)理念，致力于打造中國(guó)規(guī)模最大、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈最完善的生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。目前，區(qū)內(nèi)已集聚國(guó)內(nèi)外70多家知名大學(xué)和醫(yī)藥研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，阿斯利康、武田制藥、勃林格殷格翰、中外制藥、雀巢、石藥集團(tuán)、海王集團(tuán)等1000余家國(guó)內(nèi)外知名醫(yī)藥企業(yè)先后落戶(hù)；1600多項(xiàng)“國(guó)際一流、國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先”的醫(yī)藥創(chuàng)新成果成功落地申報(bào)；3800多名海內(nèi)外高層次人才落戶(hù)創(chuàng)業(yè)。

項(xiàng)目目的：建運(yùn)ICGEB中國(guó)區(qū)域研究中心及開(kāi)展科學(xué)研究
崗位要求和職責(zé)：
醫(yī)藥、生命科學(xué)或相關(guān)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位；在專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)具有國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)影響力； 3年及以上海外科研工作經(jīng)歷；在上述三個(gè)研究學(xué)科領(lǐng)域內(nèi)，享有較高的國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)地位；擅長(zhǎng)與ICGEB科學(xué)家、國(guó)際研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)和科學(xué)界進(jìn)行溝通和互通；對(duì)科研機(jī)構(gòu)和多學(xué)科研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)擁有豐富管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有科研創(chuàng)新向產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉中國(guó)及世界生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)，并了解亞洲地區(qū)的生物技術(shù)發(fā)展背景、挑戰(zhàn)及地區(qū)目標(biāo)；能夠與中國(guó)的政府和學(xué)術(shù)體系建立聯(lián)系，促進(jìn)中心活動(dòng)開(kāi)展并吸引更多資源；能夠同國(guó)際上的各界建立工作關(guān)系，包括科研和政治領(lǐng)域建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)，并積極與區(qū)域內(nèi)的其他ICGEB成員國(guó)建立聯(lián)系。
支持政策：
根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)厍闆r，提供極具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的待遇，為期5年的工作合同，可續(xù)簽，包括年薪、科研經(jīng)費(fèi)和落戶(hù)補(bǔ)貼。中國(guó)醫(yī)藥城提供免費(fèi)公寓，提供科研用房（研發(fā)樓兩層包括實(shí)驗(yàn)室和辦公室）等；所有PI可以兼聘為南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)教授及研究生導(dǎo)師。所有RRC人員將根據(jù)中國(guó)勞工合同和條件被雇傭。

Director of the ICGEB China Regional Research Centre
The ICGEB China Regional Research Centre (RRC) is a new collaboration between China National Center for Biotechnology Development (CNCBD), China Medical City (CMC) in Taizhou, and the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), an intergovernmental organisation.
The ICGEB China RRC aims to become a centre of innovation, combining high-level scientific research with a technology commercialization centre, and a world-class new drug development centre.
The ICGEB RRC is looking for a visionary Director, who will have the unique opportunity to select and manage a multidisciplinary team of scientists and to develop a comprehensive and forward-looking strategy for translational science at the ICGEB China RRC. The Director is expected to lead his/her own team of scientists and to coordinate the efforts of the other PIs to address their common aims.
Areas of interest:
The successful candidate will be expected to producehigh-quality original research and to translate results into biotechnology
products taking advantage of the industrial biotech and commercialisation
platforms available at CMC for the prevention, treatment and diagnosis of
infectious and/or non-communicable diseases in human health.
Position:
Post title: Director (and PI), ICGEB China Regional Research Centre;
Duty Station: Taizhou, P.R. China;
Purpose of project: Establishment of an ICGEB RRC in China;
Duration of post: 5 years, with a possibility of renewal.
Qualifications: the successful candidate must
have a doctoral degree in a pharmaceutical or Life Science-related field;
be an active scientist of high international standing and respect;
have had at least 3 years of overseas research experience;
Be fluent in English and Mandarin.
Additional Qualities: the successful candidate
should have an innovative and strategic vision regarding laboratory management, scientific research, and its translation into biotech products;
should be capable of implementing feasible long-term and medium-term research and development plans;
should be able to assemble and coordinate a team of highly motivated and skillful scientists.
should have familiarity with the Chinese administration and academic system and the ability to attract additional resources.
Adherence to the ICGEB's Principles of International Science Cooperation is expected, with active international engagement with the ICGEB Constituency.
Remuneration and Benefits:
The Director will be offered a very competitive package for a 5 years renewable contract, including a generous stipend, startup package and relocation assistance.
All the PIs of ICGEB China RRC will be offered an academic position at Nanjing Medical University, to facilitate in the recruitment and accreditation of PhD students at the RRC.
